Allen Burger Venture is home of the Smash Burger and the Jiffy Burger, always served with a side of fries.

Big Kahuna Hawaiian Shaved Ice is offering several different varieties of shaved ice and fresh squeezed lemonade.

The Blend is offering protein shakes, homemade protein bars and hot or iced coffee.

El Grand Coqui brings to you the rich flavors of Puerto Rican cuisine, such as yellow rice with meat, pinchos, pastellios, pasteles and much more.

Fat Bob’s Truck is an authentic barbecue spot offering delicious sandwich options such as pulled pork, beef brisket and pulled chicken, as well as chicken, pork or brisket mac n cheese bowls.

The Flaming Fish is offering many mouthwatering selections including a shrimp po’boys, fish hoagies, chicken and shrimp nachos, see breeze nachos and Bombay shrimp.

Go Veggie is your place to go for a delicious homemade veggie burger, veggie rolls, falafel and fresh-squeezed veggie juice.

Gosia’s Pierogies brings you homemade pierogies in a variety of flavors, along with kielbasa and lemonade to wash it all down.

Louie’s Hot Dogs is always a favorite with their hotdogs, foot longs, curly Q and sweet potato fries, all washed down with loganberry.

Mineo & Sapio, a Buffalo tradition, will be offering all of the favorites, including chicken sausage and Italian sausage with peppers and onions, as well as Italian sausage stuffed with cappicol and provolone with peppers and onions.

Mister Pizza is offering the classic slices, along with creative slices like a veggie slice and a chicken finger pizza.

Sweet Melody’s Gelato is bringing all of your summer favorites, including homemade Italian ice cream, a vegan frozen fruit dessert, a frozen fruit slushy and the “Quencher,” a slush topped with gelato or sorbet.

Tiny Thai is brining to you all of the authentic Thai flavors in dishes such as Gai Yang and papaya salad with grilled chicken, drunken mama noodle chicken/pork ribs and a chicken-peanut dumpling. Thai iced tea and the sticky rice mango will be the perfect way to finish off the meal.

The Cheesy Chick will offer a variety of specialty grilled cheese sandwiches, wraps/Panini’s using an array of the freshest, highest quality ingredients.

Greenes Smokin’ BBQ is a smoked bbq and live fire cooking spot that is offering BBQ smoked chicken, pulled pork cups, pulled pork sandwiches with pineapple salsa and homemade apple crisp for dessert.

Lloyd’s Tacos is your place to go for tacos, burritos and the famous El Camino bowl. Also, don’t forget out their Tricked Out Nachos.

Moondoggies is proudly serving hotdogs and hamburgers marinated in their custom blend of yumminess, then brought to the nest level with their moon juice sauce. Add some fries or loaded fries to your meal and you’ll walk away happy.

Kornerstone Coffee is a local coffee roaster that will be serving hot and cold coffee and tea, along with cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and a vegan pulled pork sandwich made with jackfruit.
