Cultural/Environmental Row 2022

Cultural Row and Environmental Row (at Lafayette)

Western New York is rich in arts and cultural and environmental organizations that benefit our community. It is located on Elmwood at Lafayette.  Over thirty non-profit cultural and environmental  organizations will be on hand to share information about what they do to improve our quality of life in this region.  There’s a wealth of cultural and environmental events happening locally, please help support these organizations with your interest and participation!

The Festival has always maintained a strong environmental aspect to the planning, development and operation of the festival. Did you know that every year the Elmwood Avenue Festival of the Arts plants a tree on Elmwood Avenue to offset our carbon footprint?

Compost and Recycling
We compost all of the vegetable waste from the Festival Cafe, and we actively recycle plastic, glass and cans throughout the Festival. The Elmwood Avenue Festival of the Arts thanks you for helping us achieve a minimal waste event by sorting your refuse at the zero waste stations in the Festival Cafe!
